You have up to 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days only if the product is defective due to a manufacturing issue.
Please note:
- Returns outside the 14-day period will not be accepted.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- You are responsible for the initial shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
- Most refunds are issued at the time of return confirmation, but in some cases, the process may take 3–7 business days.

Returns Are Not Accepted In The Following Cases:
- The request was submitted after 14 days from delivery.
- The item is used, damaged, or not in its original condition.
- The item is a consumable product that has been used.
- Wrong size, color, or model was selected during checkout. (We may still offer a solution.)
